2 Umpara Cresent was a very rewarding build, client wanted a Quality finish Hamptons look and was prepared to pay extra for quality finishing materials as you can see from the photos. This was a large house that had 3m high ceilings in the main living area giving it that real spacious feel along with an open plan kitchen overlooking the living area. If you not restricted by height issues then I highly recommend you incorporate the higher ceilings as it can transform certain areas of the house dramatically. We also built a 5mx5m basement to give the client extra space for a home gym where the noise was only contained in the confines of the basement and didn’t travel throughout the rest of the house. Every bedroom was ensuited with master bedroom ensuite being one of my favorites with oversized tiles stretching from floor to ceiling. This house was a pleasure to build and was certainly the best house on the street.
