This client wanted a new house in the same sub-division that I built for another client 12 months earlier, as they liked the look of the house and thought the quality was top notch at a very affordable price. 66 Braebrook Drive also primarily consisted of core fill blocks combining with linear weather boards for exterior cladding, along with a lovely entry column cladded in schists. The house was finished off with beautifully landscaped gardens.
